Until 31st July or up to the credit limit it is possible to request aid to help the sector install protective measures that guarantee the safety of workers and guests. Companies and self-employed people with under 10 workers can obtain support for 100% of the activated measures, from 300 to 1,200 euros. Companies with up to 50 employees will receive 80% of their expenses, with a maximum payment of 3,000 euros. The actions may be new or may have already been carried out since the state of emergency was declared and can be processed at tramita.igape.es.

• Support guides and manuals. Within the framework of Camino Seguro, the Xunta has collaborated with the Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality (ICTE), which has prepared a manual for hostels with indications and recommendations, as well as preventative protocols, which are available on the website.
