The Xunta de Galicia undertook to make its mobile applications accessible in compliance with the Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September on the accessibility of public sector websites and applications for mobile devices .

Application procedure
If, following a request for accessible information or query, it is rejected or the decision is not agreed with or the reply fails to comply with the requirements set out in Article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, the person concerned may make a complaint. You may also make a complaint if you have not received a reply within twenty working days.
The complaint can be submitted through the Integrated Citizen Services System electronically, by telephone or in person, as well as through any of the channels provided for by Law 39/ 2015 of 1 October of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administration.
Complaints will be received and processed by the Agency for the Technological Modernisation of Galicia of the Xunta de Galicia.
