Legal notice regarding tourim offers or packages

The products and services shown on the "www.caminodesantiago.gal" website are products and services offered by third parties not connected to Axencia Turismo de Galicia, unless expressly otherwise stated. The Axencia Turismo de Galicia is limited to providing a service that presents said products and services in order to facilitate knowledge thereof.

In accordance with Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November in reference to the Revised Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other legislation in this area, the Axencia Turismo de Galicia is not responsible for the advertising, organisation, procurement or implementation of products or services linked to the offers or packages provided by third parties, which shall be responsible to the customer with regard to fulfilling any obligations resulting from the procurement, if applicable, of the relevant products or services.

Once a user has made a reservation through the website, this reservation shall be subject to the general terms and conditions of the company that offers it.

The technical organisation of the tourist packages and promotions shall be carried out by the various participating companies, with the licence for their implementation linked to said companies.

All possible claims by any user should be sent directly to the company with which the contract was taken out, as the Axencia Turismo de Galicia shall in no event serve as an intermediary or link for said purposes.
