A group of seven houses promoted by Benito Sanjurjo Ramírez de Arellano between 1903 and 1912 and designed by Michel Pacewicz and Jenaro de la Fuente Domínguez. The houses were built in pairs and the first were numbers 21 and 23. These have a ground floor and three upper floors, they are the simplest and were designed by Pacewicz. The remainder include more complex architectural elements and ornamental splendour and were designed by Jenaro de la Fuente Domínguez. They all have strong bolstering on the ground floor and neo-baroque ornamental motifs such as: curved pediments, oculi, vase shapes, etc.
