Building designed in 1945 by the architect Francisco Castro Represas, who returns to the academicism of the 1920´ s while eluding the rationalistic tendencies of the time. The building displays a central body highlighted by colonnades and a tower and, to cap it, a highly-decorated dome. Two continuous balconies with a balustrade and a semicircular balcony in the towered body serving as a viewpoint and sustained by a corbel, are noteworthy.
