This building was built in 1882 by Domingo Rodríguez Sesmero for Marcelino Barreras. It is a symmetrical building, an interesting feature of which are the cast-iron galleries on the corner serving as large viewing areas. The main facade faces Velázquez Moreno street and has a ground floor and two lateral bodies decorated with bolsters. The facade facing Policarpo Sanz street is interesting for the pineapple framed by geometric plant motifs. This pineapple is on the first floor and rests on some shallow arches.
