Actas del Congreso "O Camiño de Santiago para o século XXI. O Camiño do Sueste-Vía da Prata"

The city of Ourense, the great spot of the Southeast Way, celebrated between the 24th and 26th of April of 2008 the congress “Saint James’ Way for the 21st century. The Southeast Way – Via de la Plata”.

The meeting placed in the spotlight the concerns and initiatives of the territories along this lengthy way, of which the Via de la Plata is the oldest and more famous inland itinerary between southwest and northwest of the Iberian Peninsula. From Zamora and the Portuguese northeast several branches link this way with Galicia through the pilgrim route of the Southeast Way.
