Landscapes dotted with authentic examples of traditional architecture accompany us on the trail through A Seara, Sabugueiros, Gabín, O Castro and Regovide.

After 6.7 kilometres, we reach San Xoán de Alba. The path runs along the right side of the C-634 road. It passes through Ponte Pedrouzos, Costián, O Coutado and Goiriz, then descends to the Labrada River. The waterway is crossed by the magnificent medieval Saa Bridge, built out of thick slabs of slate with several recessed arches.
